Problem: Client has a yard abandoned with weeds.
Plan: Our solution was to cover up the existing sump pump pit with a beautiful patio deck, connected with pavers next to it.
Result: The client has never been happier with their yard, which improved the quality of their lives.
Problem: Client has flooding in the drainage ditch in front of his house during heavy downpours. The ditch discharges into a storm drain at the corner of his property.
Plan: Our solution was to improve the grade for proper drainage. After approval from the city we promptly excavate dirt to give the ditch a 1% grade.
Result: Water no longer backs up in the ditch or floods the road.
Problem: Homeowner wanted more usable flat space in their side yard where the lot was sloped at a 1:1 angle and access was limited
Plan: Solves All Engineering said “not a problem!” and brought in a mini excavator and wheel barrow to get the hillside excavated and moved out of the yard
Result: The homeowner now has a beautiful retaining wall, and an extra 300 square feet of usable flat land in their yard for a shed and gardening.
Problem: When the landfill built its new trash cell hundreds of feet deep into the ground, they had to figure out how to keep rain water from filling up their newly dug pit.
Plan: Solves All Engineering evaluated the site’s needs for the pump’s flowrate, total lift, and operating conditions. Solves All Engineering provided a generator, plumbing, and robust pump spec’d for operating in extreme conditions (an active landfill full of trash debris)
Result: When it rains hard, the landfill knows they have the best equipment available moving water away from their business operations allowing them to keep running.
